How is corporate private security set up?

Corporate private security in Istanbul isn't built by posting a job ad and filling a shift. A factory's loading gate and a residence's visitor desk don't do the same job; giving both the same duty order leaves both exposed. That's why we count the site in person before any contract: how many entrances there are, when the shifts change, which points go blind at night, when visitor traffic peaks. Survey notes are the first draft of the staffing roster — and the quote comes out of that roster.
A roster without a relief plan is an incomplete roster
A private security company operating under Turkish Law No. 5188 proves itself after the contract is signed. A guard falls ill, takes leave, resigns — the post still cannot stand empty. That's why we treat the relief-guard plan as a starting condition of the operation, not an annex to the quote. Patrol and audit follow the same discipline: our central digital operation logs more than a thousand checkpoint scans every night, and the previous night's audit report is on your desk in the morning.
Why does the price become clear only after the survey?
Because the facility decides the staffing count — not us. From factories and construction sites to malls, from residential compounds to plazas, hospitals and school campuses, the same order applies everywhere: first the points are counted, then the shifts are built, and only then is the price written.
